Gooseberry was an innovative mobile phone recycling company looking for a website that would deliver their functional needs.

Working with Gooseberry and Nine Feet Tall, ojodesigns identified the end to end process and purchasing process for how users would interact and engage with the site. The project was complex, with the need for the customers to exchange phones for gooseberries and gooseberries for products.  This required the devlopment of multiple commerce engines running in a single shopping cart.  In additon Gooseberry required the site to manage and process all orders.  Using ojoCMS we developed a full ordering and process management function to allow the quick dispatch and mangement of orders both online and via the phone.  

The end result was an integrated site that contained both flash and static content fully managed within ojoCMS. In addition, ojodesigns built a fully automated customer relationship management system on the back of the site to ensure that the support team could deliver and process the high volume of orders coming from both customers, schools and businesses.
